I read a thread

I was thinking about new words and phrases we use now that I would have had no idea of back in the 70s and 80s

If someone told me they read a thread I would have said Wow you must have really good eyes.

Politically Correct. Back then I would have said none of them are right about anything.

Text Message back then my thought would have been, what your going to use a pictogram instead

Internet browser, trying to find leftover fish in the bottom of the boat.

Online , why do they keep talking about fish

Log in .....I think Ill leave that one to your own imaginations

Hi ekself,
Facebook actually reminds me of mug shots and rap sheets. And the verb would be facebooking.

I cannot think of anything to add at the moment except some useless, even redundant business jargon Checkers101. But this is an amusing and thought provoking post!

I am still not quite sure what bling is Ed If it's waring the hood ornament of a Mercedes around your neck like I see some do I think thats not my syle so I must be bling challenged
