Well the drama continues in the latest episode of what I like to call the rent rat patrol.Last night our unwanted and nonpaying guest freaked out about the hot water being off and broke the window in our door by pounding on it with his fist.
Pinky enlisted the help of the police as this was a major infraction "At least in the U.S. it is, terrorizing you landlord would be a felony there"
The police response to the situation was to give the guy a warning, can you believe that? A warning, meanwhile we couldn't secure our living space and now we have to pay a glazier to replace the glass.
The good news is one of the pests was served eviction papers by the court "Finally" and the police told pinky this event will hasten the eviction process.
I personally want to beat the shyte out of the guy but Pinky wont let me and after all it is her house.

PS I post these blogs to warn others who live in Germany not to take the risk of renting out even a room to anyone!!. Although the rental agency is supposed to screen tenants a cockroach like the ones we have can slip by and infest you residence and as I learned last night the police do NOTHING to protect even your safety.
