Rent Rat Patrol Last Chapter

Yep this is the last chapter in the ongoing saga of the rent rat patrol. Yesterday the power company came and turned their electricity off for non payment and they have FINALLY moved out.

I pity the next unfortunate person that rents to them because this is obviously a pattern with them as it is with millions of rent rats in Germany.

Our neighbors said they too have a apartment on their property but they wont rent it out because the same thing happened to them.

We were lucky they didn't trash the place too bad but that really doesn't matter because we wont be renting it again.

Thank you to those who have kept Pinky and I in their prayers

I want to thank everyone for your comments and support. We are so much more peaceful now. Its terrible having unwanted people in your house. Having to hear them come and go like they owned the place

I have been down that path several times. It is part of the landlord package. Glad you have had a good enough resolution. I have started selling some of my own off and don't plan to stay in the business more than a few more years.
