further adventures of the rent rat patrol

Well both of the rent rats got their court evictions papers and the count is now 9 days to EDAY. In 9 days the court sends people to force them out. My hope is that they will go this coming weekend.

Thank you again to those of you who have prayed for us, now I think it will be easier for Pinky to get a buyer for her house and we can go back to the best state in the union Indiana.

I would ask you to pray for them as well.

Hope it works. Normally people like that leave a mess behind which you have to get ride of and also a huge renovation will be needed too. Mostly. So good luck.

I doubt that they will try to destroy the place as the cops have already been here over his breaking the window on our door and if we hear unusual noise like pounding on the walls we will call them again and this time they will go to jail.

He already has criminal charges pending over his behavior

You doupt that they will destroy your house .... guess, they allready did so, as you can't see in the inside. Or do you really believe, that they will clean the house, before they move out? That, excuse me, is a dream. Wait and see. Anyway, good luck

A little pesimism here, the day they have to leave the house
be on guard, be present while they moving, these kind of
people love to take revenge destroying part of the place they
were living in for free. I'm just saying.cool

You two don't have to leave Germany because of this.
Just buy a smaller and confortable house.
Germany is a good country to live in.cheers

Also check the refrig, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer to be sure the one in there is the same one that was in there when Mr. Wonderful moved in and not a cheaper model substitute. I have been down that road.
