some people are chronic attention seekers and the more attention u give 'em the more they will want. Its a positive feedback thing... tends to escalate till it finally explodes ....
happened to me... I was to blame... now a days... I admit it... and I believe I managed to correct it!
what's curious is how often this astrology topic pops up .... I think there's a correlation between singles and horoscopes...
...kinda undertsandable if one assumes singles to be the most 'expecting' sector of the population.
Also quite curious is the fact that all of the world's major religions discredit this stuff HARSHLY! (Example: Deuteronomy 18:10-12)
Anyone has an opinion bout that? To me, even though I do consider this stuff as nada else but superstition, it appears harmless stuff afterall ... why ought it be prohibited (acc. to religion)?

I tried to convince myself otherwise (Horoscopes are often positive and pleasant... so.... I'd love 'em to be true) but failed miserably... can't find half a grain of realism in 'em ...

what meant to be will be... no pt in worrying this much. just do your best and what u believe is right and leave d rest to luck, nature, god or whatever u believe in.
That I find it hard to believe... u know I have 5 sisters and had countless girlfriends (I'm not lying ) and never, NEVER, came across one who didn't love shopping and ADORE gossip...

the 'god doesn't play dice' is a methapore aimed at discrediting the probabilistic nature on which quantum theory is based. Although quantum theory is found to be coherent with empirical data, there are still huge formally unproven chuncks in it. I don't believe its the correct description of the physical process taking place. Its just a fitting mathematical model of the true physics (according to me and some others). Others sustain that quantum is the way forward ... lets wait and see who's right...hopefully in our life times.
ehh ... finally a decent, enlightening blog... thanks god! Been fighting such vampires all day long ... The blogs got to be worst than twilight these days!

I donno why but when I was a kid, I used to have miserable marks (like 0%, 5% and so on) in everything except math ....
