To some point i agree with you mountainman but overall i stand firmly with my veiw, it was his responsibility not mine...
lets say he said NO he did not see the tyres were flat, but surely he would of felt they were when he went to drive the car??? any good jury member would see it was the driver that was careless and not the person that flattend the tyres.

No maddog he wasn't the handyman, if you must know he was actually an elvis impersonator heehee and might i add also i left him feeling alittle bit more shook up then he expected

but i take it the car was tampered with in away it was out of visual sight, in away it would go unnoticed therfor done with to intend to cause bodily harm and danger to the driver???
too right it was trialed as murder and not manslaughter instead.

I do think letting the air out of someones tyres to flatten is a different matter entirely... too right i could of been done for damaging his property but for manslaughter??? no way, because the man is NOT blind.. if he choose to drive the car then the responsability was his alone therfor he alone would of been held lible NOT me.
