Despondent.
Do you know what I find difficult to do? You send someone a message trying to explain your sincerity and that you ARE a genuine article but still I get the impression that they don't trust you or even give you the benefit of the doubt and reply.What's the point of being on this site if you're going to mistrust every man just because of a few 'Nasty's'. I feel that it's a hopeless cause, trying to make contact with someone if they won't at least give you a chance.
Anyone else have this predicament?

Cheer up, I too get no reply sometimes when I initiate contact, I don't take personally. I feel if I'm attracted to someone that is not attracted to me it's better if they just don't acknowledge my message than if they give me the "reasons why" they don't find me attractive. Everyone is not going to be attracted to everyone... simple.
I've been on here a while and apart from having language difficulties with several ladies, with translation I mean, I just don't seem to interest anyone. Never mind I can always rely on affection from my two furry friends.

one of my best friends shes 54 met a man on a dating site 15yrs older then her and never have i seen her as happy as she is with him.... keep the faith and keep in mind perhaps shes struggling too in trying to find you

This site is like real life, if I may borrow Calli's "blog" a little, but people just pick & choose and "dream". All of a sudden out of nowhere they choose you. Unless you have that "look" women will just pass you by the majority of the time.
Next best thing? Just blog with us.
