secure airspace of Ukraine with planes from the United Nations - the security council could for once step up and take responsible - UN should represent the nations, not the political leaders of those countries. It is possible ...

I do not understand how people can cope. Did run a small company, or tried to, but could not keep any insurance on myself. So, even if making money, it was not sustainable over time. To many others struggled with the same issues, some ended in dire consequences. Too many suffer setbacks because they cannot cover medical bills. Compared to other countries, this is a real disadvantage for anyone attempting a startup. A real headache.
Ok, looks like I did react a bit too fast. The person Christian Tybring-Gjedde say he has suggested Trump to the committee. There are currently 318 suggestions. Usually one thinks of a "nomination" as something more then suggesting someone, at least I did.

In most of history, disruptive technologies have changed the landscape. If you follow the money, huge fortunes are made by educated specialist. No wonder there has been a great focus on education. However, a smart tool can replace hundreds of workers. I believe that is part of the problem. And labor intensive tasks, has been easy to outsource. Soldiers march on good footwear and food, which have been neglected. I hope we will find better solutions then just rearranging the deck chairs.

My recollection may not be accurate, - and I don't recall in which video he spent a few more words on the case.
Thank you both. In fact it ended up here, as I already had shared some of my findings on Jim's blog. I did like this, specially because he gave a bit of education with it. But it dawn on me that no matter what the election, these cases will be processed, and that lifted my mood ;) Kamala Harris seem like a good choice.
yes, that is the idea. Banks and Insurance drool by the thought of it. What too many people seem to forget, is that not everybody have the capacity to understand, even some simple insurance documents, and how to manage their economy. If in poor health, you just cannot navigate the types of deals they want to offer people. That is "insecurity" - exactly what you want to avoid.
More plant based foods, seems fine, only I don't know much of how to cook. And war and figths, anger me - especially when the reason for them, do not seem to have any purpose worth them. Perhaps they don't figth now, perhaps they have corona lock-down too.

Perhaps, do not know. Years ago, with some friends, we anchored up a sailing yacht in a bay in Croatia. Later that evening, we experienced a rather surreal "musical" evening.

It was surreal as I said, because it came to us from all directions - some far away, some very close. Notice the "possibly just for fun" in my quote. Well, it was not just for fun - it was communication. A certain type of call could resemble something like "where are you ?" - and answers were reported back, some near and some very far. At times it changed to a form of chatting with each other. It did resemble birds singing. It was impossible for us to guess what type of information were exchanged, but that was very clear as many silenced off while a couple at quite a distance kept exchanging something. I tried to count, perhaps 10-15 animals, tried to memorize their location as well as trying to be aware of distinctive personalities and patterns. They kept on for a couple of hours and some bottles of wine later, our attention wore down ;) We were safe in the boat, but else - some could not have been more then 40 yards away - I would not have felt that good onshore. That is was a social event, was obvious - exchanging calls with friends and family. Perhaps they were members of CS ;)

The other subject, interesting enough, was not what I thought of. When you see a clear moon, then obvious, there isn't any clouds. In fact, the air is very dry. You then have a much higher electro-static field, which can reach to a quite high level - the charge may be quite high at the level of your head. This charge promote a higher serotonin level in your brain. My layman words here. It was written in a large scientific "bible" on our Atmosphere. Some people (lunatics) may be affected by this disturbance of our neurotransmitters ;) A foehn wind down from the mountains is the same effect. It is the high electric field.

It is very complex problems and we have pretty limited understanding, - for example the influence our gut bacteria may have on our preferences and habits, their diversity, etc. We are very much what we eat. Like what is taking place right now - food markets closed, preferred foods to have at home, is likely to be preserved factory foods.
I think the article have left out these considerations, which of course would be more or less impossible to know. But that they had shortage in their food supply, is sensible to assume.
