Yes, it is true ! Dishonest people don't have a sole-mate, it is more a time-share thing very often. And they "nither" things are very serious. I would not recommend it !

What you describe doesn't sound like anyway to behave, anywhere or to anybody. Unfortunately, I know bad behavior do occur. Sometimes due to accidents, thoughtlessness, heat of the moment. Online, there are less cues like you say. There are also a different connection to what people think: - we have all seen the scenes where the secretary read what has been dictated out loud. Spoken words comes from the verbal mind, while there are other parts of the mind that may be communicating when writing. Also, toning, whisper, shouting, laughing,...a lot of emotional parts are lacking. Well, I don't know... some of the best friendships have had a bad start.
If I said anything like that, my mum would wash my mouth with soap ! ( once was plenty enough for me, so..ha, but she don't know what I do on a computer ! - "?!????: ?????? ?????!" - oh, that felt gooood ;)
Ask a man ! - you must have some boyfriends, ask them. We are not the same, and may not detect the same things. Women may be blind sometimes, and it has puzzled me. There was this dude, which I could observe in the workplace. Other men did keep a long distance. Vibes were not good. But women on the other hand, flocked around this dude. I hope he is still behind bars. Maybe women believed he would protect them, that they could handle him, or ..? I don't know. In some cases, men may pick up on something women may not do. ( and vice versa )

There they can make more time ! You can here some talk about "doing time", and the government have sentenced people to 450 years in jail. The government ain't that stupid.
BTW: Most benefits and regulations are not supposed to be understood by laymen. Specialist are needed.
A surprising number of benefits may apply, but only if acted upon before a certain age. Full pension despite poor income, and so on.
Legislation change over time, and it is not the same everywhere. A whole industry attempts to cash in. Politics, budgets, and who employ the 'advisers' ? County perhaps ?

Sometimes the guilty parties can be held accountable. But governments may simply ignore such casualties. International laws exist against war crimes, for example.
Now, some reason for the "labels" discussed here, has to do with laws and regulations. International laws exist.
For example: in the education system, these individuals may have rights for special exams, environment, classes. A lot of protective laws exist in a number of areas. They have the right to a whole range of benefits.
If the government don't fulfill these laws, you can bring it to court.
