When coffee is hot and fresh attract you its aroma and you follow the smell...
And when is too hot? Are you affraid to sear yourself or you still are able to drink it?
I drink it very slow and I enjoy every sip I take.
I am affraid that one moment it can become cold so I try from time to time take the cup and warm it up in my hands.
But I am not affraid to drink when is hot.

There is time it gets cold but then I know the real taste of coffee. In this moment I alrady know if I want more or not, I know if I am going to try again the same coffee...

What happen if you are affraid to drink it hot?
You just waiting until it cool down.
Then you will never know the real taste .
You will drink cold coffe without any aroma and not proper taste.

But it's your choice.
For sure you will not sear yourself, you will be more secure drinking it but will you enjoy as well?

Who's scared to drink hot coffee? Me not.
