Hi,nice Awesome. I almost samething like you doing to stay healthy. I drinking a glass of water when I wake up every morning before meal,and before go to bed as my routine. I love coffee,used to drink 5 or 6 cups of strong coffee in a day. but now trying to reduce cuz too much caffeine,you know. prefer choice decaf.

Goverment has still on the table other primary issue. other primary issue are including for worldwide too. but,they are seems to set up tax so quickly for thier pocket money? it's makes us wondering where is our incomes go away? I posted this subject after read a newspaper. This is my personal opinion.
