I drinking a glass of water when I wake up every morning before meal,and before go to bed as my routine.
I love coffee,used to drink 5 or 6 cups of strong coffee in a day.
but now trying to reduce cuz too much caffeine,you know.
prefer choice decaf.
staying healthy together.
