Hello Ian, I am a Lithuanian. One third of Lithuania’s population became victims of Soviet terror. 200,000 to 350,000 Lithuanians were deported to Siberia or killed without any trial or investigation of crimes. Forty percent these deportees were children below 16 years old. More than half of the deported died quickly. Pregnant women and babies born in the cattle cars were the first victims – they died in the trains. In the cattle cars the passengers were given hardly any food except a little water and some inedible soup. There was scarcely any air to breathe as everyone was jammed together and the cars had only a few small windows covered with bars. A hole in the floor served as a toilet. Some of the people, especially the infants became sick immediately and died. The bodies of those who died on the journey were left on the side of the tracks. Alive people were looking for a grain in each other stools just to have something to put in the mouth.
After one month the train reached some Siberian center. In this case, scores of wagons were transferred onto enormous barges and sent up the River Ob to some remote settlement to live in a bug-infested hut.
Could continue horror stories on and on...
Virtually no one has been called to account for what was done. The West has chosen to forget these horrors. Nothing of these horrors is taught in their schools. There is no grand museums dedicated to those whose lives were destroyed by the communists. It mostly just remembered in the hearts and souls of the victims.
Smart and to me its a lack of cultural sophistication and mental awareness.I wonder if they realize that, instead of attracting they turning themselves off. Don't resemble a high intelligence also.
Hello, Ian. When I see those young people who decide to join ISIS leaving the family, country who gave them the best education, friends and loved ones behind, I think its partly to blame the family. Hence, the family say, we did not notice and who never guess that our daughter/son. Not true. It's lack of parenting or event belt at the right time and place.
As for me, I am not looking for anyone or anything nor expecting, I just being here, been here for 3 years with breaks.Sad to see some lovely people passed out.
Something happened to me when I was putting my shoe to go to work, I was putting on and slipped then I sudden felt a pain, I pushed my feet toes to metal door jamb...ouch...the main toe got swollen and I had to leave in a seconds for work, I always in a rush in the mornings. Still can't look at those shoes, altjough ther are stylish.

I am afraid-not, it's have been going over 2000 years with no end.
Its only an illusion but deep down in heart israelies and palestien knows, there is no end to it.3rd generion of Palestians grown with too much hate towards Israelies and the saga continues.
I am not a cat or a dog person, I am a very sensetive to scents, all I ever had is aquarium as a child, I enter a house and I can straight away tell if the person has a dog or cat, there is a scent which is pushes me off. So those kitten pictures that often are puttin' here are boring.
