Yes I did, but how can you say it was without provocation?
It's a shame the worst of people is so quickly drawn out on threads such as these. Almost from the outset people are put on the defensive without any justification, it's become a regular pattern on here.
I wonder what happened to the days when new members received a warm welcome on here instead of being systematically accused of trolling or having a false profile?
Paranoia and suspicion has become rampant on here.
Even though it was plagued by technical difficulties, this was one of the best performances I ever saw of theirs, low flying Spitfires doing a victory roll and all.
The Floyd were always one of my favourite bands to see live. I've seen them many times over the years, the first time being in 1969 at The Manchester Opera House where they performed their recently released Ummagumma album. In fact one part of the double album was recorded just a few months earlier at Mothers in Birmingham. When going to a Floyd concert you always knew you were in for something a bit special and they didn't ever let you down.
My all time favourite musician Roy Harper sings vocals on Have a Cigar. One of only two songs by the band which is not sung by one of the permanent members of Pink Floyd.
RE: hey anybody on this thing. i just lost my girl...need someone
Yes as you say you said you suspected he was a trol on page 4.Any particular reason why you accused him of that?
All his posts prior to your accusation were of a friendly nature.
Are we now going down the road accusing any new member on here of being a troll just in case they do indeed turn out to be one.
That should keep the membership down I suspect.
