I do what is called the japanese deck routine amongst other things. I shuffle a deck of cards, spades = push ups, clubs = sit ups, hearts = squats, diamonds = dips. I flip em one at a time and do the number of reps the card says using the exercise that corresponds with that suit. face cards are all 25 reps and aces = 50 reps - a good solid workout for men.

Yeah, I worked myself up to doing 1000 sit ups, 1000 push ups and running 5 miles a day while I was in there. I am still ripped to shreds for a 47 year old
Ok ladies here is your chance to shine. Help us bachelors out. Share your favorite cooking recipies - so a man can learn to cook. Right now I am making hamburger helper, corn, macaroni and cheese and fried potatoes. Not all that great, but it is food. I love cooking with my croc pot better - but it is always a pain in the butt to clean all the time. So my question is - does anyone have some fast, recipies that are easy to make? Post em here. Hugs!
