I do what is called the japanese deck routine amongst other things. I shuffle a deck of cards, spades = push ups, clubs = sit ups, hearts = squats, diamonds = dips. I flip em one at a time and do the number of reps the card says using the exercise that corresponds with that suit. face cards are all 25 reps and aces = 50 reps - a good solid workout for men.
Well I have 2 kids...So you get the point lol They keep me on my toes.
I also speed walk, When we go to the park I play with my children, even play basketball with the neighboorhood kids once in awhile. And am looking into starting my Tae-bo work outs again :o)
