Women will tell you to keep from getting water on the floor...use your towel before you get out of the shower. Now there I was with a wet towel.....so I turned the shower off and stepped out and got a dry one......the floor still got wet!

A contractor knows the end from the beginning......a house of a certain type will be built and does get built. The workers are scheduled and overseen.....but can do as they please and some get fired. Their actions will be recorded each day and paid accordingly. If their actions causes delays and rebuilds....it is done so the house is still done as planned. Sometimes with new workers who are recruited by the contractor. The contractor makes adjustments as needed to finish the house according to the plan.
