RE: Jester's Advice for little Willfull, Wayward, Women.

Light hearted banter doesn't warrant accusing someone of being a troll.

Cusp has been here a long time, during which I've never seen speak badly of anyone.

I just think you perhaps misread his post.

Handy tip...you should really try to keep your right hand behind you on the rope when abseiling...and why aren't you attached to the safety line?

RE: Is it always this slow now in the forums?

I would be surprised if that were true. The forums form a very small part of this site with a minute fraction of the people on here using them. In fact POF have been phasing the forums out for the last few months, and I suspect their revenue has been unaffected as a result.

RE: Don't try this at home!

Perfectly safe with a 10/11mm dynamic climbing rope, sit harness and strong enough anchor.

Looks like fun in fact.

Was Fawlty Towers the best ever British sitcom?

I used to live in Hadfield where the League of Gentlemen was filmed. They certainly weren't short of suitable extras up there.uh oh

It doesn't happen in The States?

This weekends football fixtures have been decimated by the weather. It's not because of the condition of the pitches, more the conditions around the grounds. In many cases there has only been a couple of inches of snow fallen but the local councils or the police have insisted the games could not go ahead.

Now I've just heard on the radio that there has never been a football game postponed in The States because of the weather...could this possibly be true?

RE: Who would like to visit Turkey one day?

For sure, Olympos National Park has much to offer, like the Chimera close to Olympos.
