What I would do is likely what you're doing...questioning and doing battle with my inner demons at the expense of my happiness in order to protect our children as most mothers do. I think the best bet for you is to allow yourself to be happy even if it means leaving your comfort zone but I do know that it presents unique challenges for you as it does for anyone in your situation. If you happen to find a man who can offer you the love, support and companionship you desire as well as being accepting of your family, you'll have found yourself a real gem worth keeping. Remain open to the possibilities D.

It all seems quite suspicious that's for sure and guess we'll know more as the investigation continues. Neighbours are saying that the house appeared to be uninhabited for about a year but obviously there were at least two living there but if it's determined that the letters were written by the woman, it does sound like it was done intentionally.
