RE: Did God ever tell you to do something?

Indeed, of course the newspapers failed to mention the mans claims. Pats brother, John who is mentioned in this news report used to be my business partner and is still a vey good friend of mine. The man repeatedly claimed Pat was the devil and he was doing gods work.

RE: Did God ever tell you to do something?

About two years ago a friend of mine was attacked by his next door neighbour. Pat (my friend) was a very kind and gentle man who attended his church on a regular basis and was always happy to help anyone in need.
Anyway, as I mentioned he was violently attacked, repeatedly stabbed and had his head severed.
The man who carried out this totally unprovoked attack claimed in court god told him to do it.

It's for this reason I steer well clear of anyone who claims god talks to them.

R.I.P. Pat.

In your opinion.

Stating this as fact is either arrogance, ignorance or a bit of both.
