I cant download some windows updates, wont let me I keep getting an error code, turns out this error code concerns Microsoft word but seeing as I dont use word at all I wont worry about it
I download the video to real player and then convert the file to mp3 format using a programme called Format Factory, Free to download and more to the point its safe, you wont get viruses or spyware when downloading it
