Yep....that's a presumption and interpretation by the person looking....so its not the way a person is dressed that is the problem but the problem is with the interpreter which has nothing to do with the woman and the way she is dressed at all.....
That's true...but also if a person has it in them to harass someone...it isn't gonna matter what they are wearing or not...there is absolutely no correlation at all to clothing and harassment...it solely has to do with the person harassing....no matter common sense or human nature....one person does not have the right to harass another regardless of anything else....if someone puts a boundary in place...stop...its as simple as that.....

human nature also needs boundaries or there would be no need for laws....most people are gonna know those lines and some people are gonna know them and cross them anyway and others are just gonna plain take what isn't theirs.....
women do it too sure....but I wouldn't say they harass anyone....I think every person knows the difference between attention and harassment...so in every scenario we are all responsible for our actions and our actions come from us not the other person......
