Just a little sarcasm, the Brits aren't the only ones that use it.
I don't have kids, but I do have a nephew that is deathly allergic to peanuts.
Maybe some people would understand the gravity of this issue a little better if they were to witness one of their loved ones, gasping for what could possibly be their last breath.
I have, and it's a terrifying situation to be in.
He's going on 7 now, and has a very good idea of what to avoid, but at 3/4 years old, he didn't.
I agree, it's virtually impossible to prevent ALL products containing peanuts from entering a school, but it could be very easily limited.
It's one thing for a big greasy Republican to stuff a half dozen fatburgers down his neck every day, then die of a heart attack because of it. I'm fine with that, it's his/her lifestyle choice.
It's when they send their kid to school with peanut butter and fried chicken sandwiches for lunch, then that kid decides he wants to give another kid with an allergy a nugy, because he's different, he puts someone's life in jeopardy.
Would you send a kid to school with a loaded handgun?
I'm sure someone will be screaming that they have a constitutional right to bear arms, and that that "other kid" was likely a tree hugging Liberal anyway, so god was punishing him/her by giving them an allergy.
I didn't get that either, maybe she read a different thread and replied here.
I don't see what the big deal is, go out and enjoy your time with her. If something more comes of it, great, if not, great!
Why do so many people put so much emphasis on dating, and finding the one? Why can't people just enjoy each other's company for what it is, and leave all the high pressure BS out of it?
Why dread anything, why start hammering nails into a coffin that might not even exist?
There are also Aussie/NZ, UK, Irish, and Canadian forums on the site besides the EU, Intl, and seperate US state forums.
I'd be all for having a single US forum rather than the individual states.
The International forum could stay just the way it is, no need to get rid of it, but if some people felt more comfortable discussing politics or "other BS" in their own country's forum, then why not have it available.
RE: TARNZ is coming to BRISBANE !!!!
I see nobody else can tell time either.
