No, me neither, moreso because I remember this from her previous incarnation, and some of her comments in other threads. Likely a political or religious thead, and her stance, hence my earlier mention of remembering a strong, confident personality, like her last posts on here.
I tend to stay away from the "woe is me" threads, they usually end up as a witch hunt, with an angry mob looking to burn down some guys house and kick his dog.
On the upside, they do show that there are some very lovely and caring individuals on the site, and for that I am grateful.
As for converting to another religion, no freaking way in the world! They're all cults, just some are older, bigger, and multinational, kinda like General Motors.
You'll have to excuse me, but I'm not here to meet your expectations of what a gentleman is. I doubt anyone can, seeing as you're continually stomping all over men simply for existing.
I had a lovely day, thank you, I hope you did too.
Which American accent, there quite a few, depending on the part of the country one is from. Same thing for Canadians, except us out west, we don't have accents.
This topic has been a number of times on here in the past, and it always makes me wonder why.
Is it due to jealousy, spite, a feeling of inadequacy, or a genuine interest to understand why some men and women choose to date or marry outside of their own culture or country.
I know of quite a few couples that are happily married or together, where one is from another country, like Russia, Phillipines, Thailand, or elsewhere.
Not a damn thing wrong with it, and their reasons are their own, nobody else's business.
If you have issues with it, look within yourself for your answers.
This a different scenario than almost anywhere else that I'm aware of. A few years ago when I was working in Grande Prairie, fast food places were offering $14/hr, plus free childcare to start.
They still had a tough time getting people to show up, because someone else would offer them more just to get a body to fill a position. There just weren't enough people to fill all the available jobs.
It's slowed down a bit now, but anyone that isn't working here, doesn't really want to work, or is so specialised that their job may not even exist.
I've never had to worry about not having work, I had to worry about getting away from it before it killed me.
It's really not a nice place to live, weatherwise. If it weren't for dead dinosaurs and endless wheat and canola fields, I think that CFB Suffield would encompass the entire south end of the province, and Cold Lake the north.
What difference does it make what it is that attracts someone? I'm sure it won't be the hair colour that keeps them around.
It makes little difference to me, even made mention of it in my profile when I rewrote it months ago.
I think it has more to do with what catches someone's eye, than the actual colour. For me I notice blondes and redheads moreso than others, but that doesn't I neccessarily find them more attractive.
RE: Is it too much to ask??

I'm quite content being a happy heathen.
