I certainly hope you're right about those three assumptions.....because we still have record unemployment, lowest housing sales and depreciating property values to deal with. And now that the gov has quit buying mortgage securities - the banks have absolutely no reason to loan to anyone. The euphoria of a artificially pumped and self sustaining stock market nay just once again remind us that our economic foundation is weak .

Well, I have a number of republican conservative friends here in Calif.......they are moronic to a slightly lesser degree in that they're not bible thumpers .....but still have the "entitlement" to wealth without moral or social responsibility

It is typical for a republican to not want to share or pay taxes and have entitlement for wealth. Sad truth is this selfish "it's all about me" attitude has much to do with why this country is in such a terrible recession. You can blame Obama for all the worlds problems - but in reality - it's your kind who have caused them . He's just representing the majority who want it straightened out - and we won;t let your kind stand in our way again .

Suppose some nice looking lady contacts you and strikes up interest .........then suggests it's your responsibility as the guy to fly accross the country to meet her ( like any other local guy would - in her words ) Whadda you guys think of that demand ?
Any dog owner who's dog kills someone's cat should take full responsibility for that killing . Making the excuse that dogs kill cats because they're animals is a cop-out ! It's the dog owner's responsibility to train their dog not to chase cats !!
