The region was a British protecterate. Like India was. They did not ask the Pakistani or Hindu...if they wanted to have two separate countries. They made a decision to divide the country into two. One for each.

You all act like the Palestines were the only one in the history of the entire world....that had some land taken from them by a international decision of a third party.

It has happened all the time. Often by Muslim led countries.

Today Hamas has Gaza...it was given to them by Isreal. Abbas can have his own country, if he signs a peace agreement with Isreal. But you all have them so stirred up over the East Jerasulam constuction of the Isreali....it is not not likely to happen.

If I was Israel, I would not give a inch of land until there was a peace treaty. Think about that some....

Giving this some thought from the Americna perspective. If I was President Obama on the SKorean request for tactical nuclear weapons.

I would check the satellite and aerial imagery around the DMZ and into NKorea....if I saw massing Nkorean units......my signature is on a executive order to send the tactical nuc to SKorea.

Just sending them, does not mean that they are going to be used or even deployed. But with only 30 miles between Soul and the DMZ....there is not much time here to engage a invasion.

The SKoreans would not have requested them unless they had evidence of massing troops in NKorea.

This is the one that makes you grow older by the minute and all the contingency planning in the last 50 years can get tossed out the window in a minute.

Since it is not posted here. I will do the post.

Yesterday, NKorea fired artillery into the disputed Island between the two countries. 2 South Koreans were killed. Also more concerning and bigger immediate issue for the Obama administration....is that Skorea requested battlefield nuclear weapons.

These are small yield nuc usually on rockets. But would have a range to cover most of Korea. They were designed and planned to destroyed mass armies. But they can be used on any target in theory.

So the Obama administration has a heating shooting war in Korea...and his principle ally is requesting nuclear devices from him. This is when the pay grade joke does not cut it. It is within his power and authority, to give SKorea the nuclear weapons.

If it were me...and I am very glad it is not. I wold look a tthe real satellite imagery of NKorea along the DMZ or inside NKorea.....to see if any NKorean armies are massing. If they are, then SKorea get the nucs.

Soul, SKorea is about 30 miles from the DMZ. A break thru of a Nkorea army at the nearest DMZ point....and they would driving tanks inside Soul within a 1 hours time.

President Obama does not have much time....to make the call....and I pray he gets it right.

We just had a on TV court case here. It was over a car and one woman not paying the other for this ...clunker. Anyways thay set the deal up in food stamps.

The buy reneged on paying the seller the agreed value of the car in food stamps.

The judge...Judge Alex..if I remember right.....goes when he hears the deal is being done in food stamps. Says...do you know that food stamps are only to be used for food and other such necessities?

The buyer says...."Oh Yes, I know that. But I consider the car a necessity." Though she did not say....she needed the car as a necessity to get the food from the grocery store.

So the Judge is now left with a case of both parties having dirty hands.
For agreeing to a deal using food stamps, instead of cash. So he tosses the case out.

Food stamps are one of the most abused entitlements in our country.

The head of the TSA is pleading with airline passenger not to boycott tomorrow.

The ACLU.....has received 600 complaints of the TSA practices over the last 3 weeks. While the ACLU has said the procedure are intrusive....no word if it is going to press a legal suit on them,

I see one big class action lawsuit coming here.....if ACLU does not run with it....some legal firm will pick up the slack.....

President Obama has made a statement on the TSA situation....but gave no solution to the problem.

OReilly is calling for random scan searches.....that President is losing the 'trust factor' of the American people. To much regulation, to much intrusion, to much time to make decisions. ORielly says the President is not nimble enough. That he is like the college professor that studies the problem. That he is not making decision in a timely manner.

Not sure if it part of Obama comprehensive immigration legislation or not.
7 years from entry to oath...is to long without monitoring.

This illegal elSavordan....might have been turned in by other aliens....that were in the process....had that contact/montiring been made.

Some like a parole monthly walk in visit. The ICE agent speaks to them 5 minutes and let them go. Or a phone check. A 5 minute phone call monthly.
That would not be to much of a lost of personal liberty to gain a citizenhsip into the country do you think?

A illegal el Savordan was convicted in the murder of Sandra Levy, He is already serving 30 years to life for attacking two other women in same park were he killed Levy.

Sentencing will be next month.

But this case..this murder case ended the political career of 5 time DEM CA Congressman Gary Condit. When his affair with Levy was made public. Condit's wife divorced him. And his career as a servant of the people had ended.

It was not Levy's murder that caused the Condit's fall. But his own behavior in having the relationship with a Congressional intern. But this elSavordan was the trigger to that down fall. Had he not murder Levy, the affair would like gone undetected in Washington. Or gotten a oh hum like others have.

I am beginning to think that that we need to pass....legislation that places ICE...immigration and customs...into position to monitor illegal and legal aliens activities for they are made full American citizens.

We do it for felons that parolled from prison. But we give more trust to a illegal or legal alien than we do to felons with minor non violent charges. This man was able to kill Levy because he was a illegal. He felt no regard to the law of the country to find, charge and convict him.

But if we force them to report monthly to ICE while doing the 7 years waiting for citizenship. Then they know that that American law will act on a major felony violation.

You are just angry that it the mid term went the way it did. Had those 29m DEM voted....it was a different election. Someone did not motivate them enough to vote. Did not hit the hot button that they needed stroked to exercise their civic duty.

Were as that Tea Party voter....and the REP Conservative/Christian voter...they will vote rain or shine....good time and bad time......warm fuzzies or not.....they stay the course....

South Korea just requested US tactical nuclear weapons.

Something we have been avoided doing since the end of the Korean war. I think South Korea just got the Oval Office attention. President Obama kind of Ohummed the SKorean trade pact denail.

But being the first President to sign off on tactical nucs to SKorea....is going to the place him another league. Can anyone say

SKorea played him like a harp as well. Now to signing the trade pact that he needs for unemployment...he has to give SKorea nuc.

This just in.....the number of DEM voters that failed to vote in the mid term from their 2008 DEM vote....was 29m. Near 1/2 of Obama's vote total of 69.5m.

The way I hear it...it is a coalition gov't of many groups...a broad coliation of political parties. It is Europe and Euope including Ireland is some of the most liberals, in the world.

The worlds liberal ran up these debts and placed them on the tax payers of the world. Then they get voted out of office....and they can ...the debt they ran up.

Maybe this is why Obama has already said he does not mind being a single term President. He runs up countries debt to a unsustainable level. Then gives up the office. Leaving the countries financial issues to be solves by moderate and conservative and the American tax payer....while his liberal group have stolen the bank.

Pretty much has happened in Greece, yes?? Pretty much what happened now in Ireland? yes?

It was a Ireland's 2008 decision to insure its banks.....its state banks...that is a liberal program to insure banks to loses.....that got them into trouble. FDR did it here post the depression with the FDIC.

President Obama is giving the low end details to his REP that on his cabinet. This is practice soon the change.

Isreal is the single most terrorist struck country in the world.

Did they have a 911? Did they have xday-Bomber that nearly down a plane? Did they have the shoe bomber? Did they have a plot on 11 Atlantic aircraft to be down at the same time? Did they have a airport that was going to be loaded with passenger and they the fuel lines burst to flood the complex with aviation fuel? Did they train the pilots for a 911?

They are doing something right....and we are foolish not to do it ourselves....

The airline are going to give so many free ticket for disrupted service tomorrow....that for the first four month of the year...they will not take in sales.....

GWB had a trade agreement with Skorea. That Obama junked. Then the Nkorean sank the Chonan. Then Obama thought his trade agree would fly.
It sank like the Chonan did. So now the SKorean...are looking to the regional marketplace rather than to US for trade agreements.

As for the NKorean Nuc facility....the Obama administration did not know it was there. Its construction was began in April 2009. This is the first that they had heard of it.

Now he forced back to table as the last guy in line in the Party of 6.

Some are going to be very unhappy and other are going to very happy on this new poll results out by Quninnipiac University.

Poll is on 'if American feels President Obama deserves a second term'.
By a polling numbers of 49% to 43%, they say he does not deserve a
second term. That is only 8% without an opinion.

What social scientists have proven in the past....is that once that stated position has been made....more people will fight to hold than to change it.

What President Obama has going for him. Is that the REP canidates are less liked than he is. Palin trails him 48 to 40. Romney has him by 46 to 45. And Obama has Huckabee 46 to 44.

Also in the DEM base. DEM voters are saying 67 to 27 that they don't want anyone to challenger him.

So he still has the DEM base, but not the country. IND voters have departed him. Moving to either the Tea Party, minority parties or the REP party.

So looking at this first from first Hillary C. position. She has a little less than year to watch the numbers to see if a run in the DEM party is possible. But that 67% of the DEM standing behind the President is sizeable. The only way I see her running is to resign the Sec't of State in the next year. After that time, Obama is a shoe in for the DEM nomination without opposition.

Something major has to happen to the DEM base, for Obama to have a Hillary challenge. Possible but not likely.

On the REP side. The 2012 is theirs to lose. They have polling number in new voter registerations and in turn out from the mid term. To easily win in 2012...but they have to field a team...a pair of canidate that unites the several voting blocks from IND to Tea Party to Christian REP to Conservative REP.

They have to figure out a team that keeps IND and Tea party enthused and will bring the REP faithful to the poll. They have the 27% disatisfied DEM voters to tap still.

They tap that dissatification, this election is history. President Obama will only carry 1/3 of the country...about was seen in the mid term. Minority canidates for the REP..hispanic or black...might tap that dissatification.

Tea Party can play the spoiler role. This might be the single best hope for President Obama...that the Tea Party run a solid pair for the Presidency. If they do....that will split the IND and Tea Party votes from the REP voter block.

So?

Tea party canidate in the House will use this. Promising to keep the party united in 2012. But it means the REP need to give them....chair positions and legislation to write. Then they have to deliver a united Tea Party/REP pair of canidates for the 2012.

Times are going to be interesting in American politics!

Just to show you how mixed up liberals are when it comes to business.

Ireland is getting a multi EU Billion bailout from the EU. Second European country in 6 months to basically say....we got more debt than
we can handle....come save our butts in these touch economic times.

The EU made a 1 trillion EU contingency account for this after the Greek failure. Now Ireland dove in to grab some. Soon the rush of EU countries to tap this fund before it dries up....will grow. Portugal, Spain, Germany and few other lining up to tap it out.

But back tot eh the reason that liberal are mixed up on business. Ireland is going to consolidate and merge its state owned banks under the plan. Saying that this economy had already taken a big leap to socialism....read "state banks to = socialism".

So the EU is spending billions to consolidate and merge banks. In a pure free entreprise system....merger and consolidation is solely a business decision. The private firms pay for the merger and the acquistion of new business units.

So?

Point is...that when you go to socialist system, it even costs the tax payers funds to do basic free entreprise things like mergers and acquistions.

The socialist state is so locked to the taxing power of the state, that any restructuring cost the tax payer.....

Just a heads up for our European friends....that if you want out of the bailout cycle and trap....divest your system of state owned businesses. Free enterprise can restructure easier, faster, and less costly.

This hansomely designed fig leafed brief is for the woman traveler that has had enough of the TSA body pat downs and full body scans! When the scan viewer sees her fig leafed briefs....hiding the more sensitive part of her body....he will know that the game is up. No more quick peeks!

When the TSA agent does her pat down.....the companies is considering a pioson oak version...for that blistering effect to the TSA agent's finger tips. They are stumped on how to keep it only local to the TSA agent though......

Now with a high demand and growing number of merchants trying to gain the market....the maker will be forced to have them made in China. Were the Chinese have their own plans for the fig leafs. They plan to install small wireless microphone in the fig leaf.....for gather intelligence on Americans.

Returning once again the New York City Ground Zero Mosque. Guess who has applied for a $5m Lower Manhatten economic development grant to build and develop the Mosque?

Yep. The Iman's group that wants to build the Mosque there.

Not only do they insult New York with the request for a ground zero mosque. They expect New York tax payers to pay for it.

I have an idea. We charge Iran for the deaths and medical injuries to the IEDs to service men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan.

But it is all legal. Religious group can request such development grants from the agency.

Our President will not take a position on the 'wisdom of a ground zero mosque'. He is to wishy washy on the issue and uses the United States Constitution as hide behind.

So we have a group that wants to bring Sharia Law into the country....getting money to build a Sharia Law complaint religious facility near ground zero. If this is not appeasement of the Muslim world, as GWB said in the Isreali Knisset Parliment....not sure what it.

bin Laden is likely asking for a 10% cut of the $5m....saying it was his inspired FATWA that brought is all about.

What is going to be so sickening here.....is SB and his minions....that were decrying and assaulting Abbas and his character for merely sitting down with Netanhyu to talk peace.....now saying that Abbas has great moral courage and convictions to stand against Isreal aggression. Demanding the East bank settlement cease.

This flip and flob is going to be so dramatic, it is going to make the Chinese underaged divers look like all they could do was cannon balls at the summer games. There is going to be so many twist and turns in this flip....that we need to get out our 10 point score cards to give grades on them.

In the end this just more blood in the middle east....and Iran is happily smuggling up to the thought of sending more illegal and sanctioned munitions to support it. Iran is the big winner here. Not the Palestine people. Not Abbas. Not Isreal.

But when Isreal or the US Navy or a NATO vessel pull over the Iran vessel carrying the death to the middle east.....SB and the minions will see it all for 'Islamic good cause'. When any try to take Iran to the UN, like Nigeria is doing, SB and his minions will now oppose the UN interjecting itself into the affairs of Iran and the Palestines.

The TSA and don't touch my junk.....issue has not only gone viral.....it now has a nation wide protest....on the busiest travel day of the year.Organized on the net.....is the "We will Not Fly" and the National Opt Out Day.

Symbolically travelers will follow in the 'don't touch my junk' path of civil disobiedance path. Since one or two passenger can delay the security processing at airport. Basically messing up air travel schedules and boardings all around the country.

As I said earlier President Obama needed to get a handle on this. Opps To late.......it just slipped away......

Well when you cannot get the bad guys in the foreign countries....don't blame the American people for your inabilities. That is exactly what is happening here. The Obama administration has placed the odious aspects of international terrorism....now on the American passenger.

But the attacks had shifted MO (Methods of Operations) from man carried explosives to shipped package bombs. So in a act of reactionary over protectionism....the TSA is ordered to scan and pat down the American passenger to find out if his junk also has a been fitted with a explosives.

The group "we will not fly"....wants everyone passing thru the pat down.
Skipping scanning. Pat down take much longer than scanning. Since it is the passenger choice of the security method.....they are ready to stall the airline system on the 24th.

With the question being the 4th admendment and the Constitution's illegal search and seizure (stress on the search part there) clause. The protesting airline passengers have a legal case to be heard.

If "We will not fly" pulls it off on Wednesday the day prior to Thanksgiving....a dramatic increase in TSA agents with carpal tunnel and a inferiority complexes on the day after...will soon be requesting Government benefits for surgery and emotional therapy. This is going to be a long day for the boys and girls in white and blue.

The airlines are not going to like having the busiest day of the year..... backup with 1000s of unruly passengers....wanting scalp from the TSA and cou from them. The sacrifice here is going to be the TSA....as airports opt out of TSA security contracts and sign with others security providers......

The Isreali run a dang good security airline security program....maybe we we can outsource it to the Isreali government....that will do human profiling. But it would have a
negstive impact on our employment....to have 150,000 Isreali in the country....yes, that is the size of TSA....doing airport security for us.

I bet they know the difference between a Shik and Muslim turban.....
