I had to shovel the walks and driveway as well, and dig out the car which was buried in the front street after the plows came by.

To think, it's only the beginning of January, still another 4 months of winter to go.

I found more snow, and then some more snow, then my car trailer.

It's a good thing my truck is so big, or I'd have lost that too.

I usually just smile on the inside, wouldn't want anyone thinking I was happy, so they could come along and try ruining my day.

I think it's more a matter of making whatever you want work for you, regardless of what type of relationship it is.

I don't know if I'd be comfortable in what most see as an "open relationship", not that I've ever tried it though. I do like the concept of no ownership or control issues, as well as doing away with jealousy for the most part, and communicating more openly about everything.

It's too bad so many people can't get over these hurdles, even in a monogamous relationship.

It was -54 C at my place last winter, just outside of Edmonton, I saw it on the outdoors thermometer, right before the mercury decided to stop moving.

It was a few degrees colder a few hours north of me.

Well, the only thing that bothers me is ending up with $30 worth of change in my pocket and the weight trying to pull my jeans down.

At least we won't have to worry about the penny for much longer, looks like it's going by way of the Dodo bird.
