thanks, I will read up on that, I think it may work with the non addictive drugs like cannabis which should be legal anyway ,but in this area they steal you blind to get more pain killers now for the more addictive drugs , i am just looking at a wide scale version and the economy, most that are addicted have no money or job
trouble with your theory of letting the dopers stay doped up legally by prescription is they become addicted (if they are not already) no job, too lazy or stoned to work, no insurance, no money, but having a flashlight and a burglars mask finds their money to support their habit, or are their legal prescriptions going to be subsidized by state or federal monies to keep the innocent safe and not adding to the burden the local police and drug agencies already have...
