I have seen both sides, it took my brother 2 years of going through the courts to even get access to his daughter since his ex just didnt want him involved at all(except fro maintenace of course)
It was heartbreaking watching him break his heart. he missed the little one so much
My ex nearly wet himself when we split up and I told him he could have the kids to stay with him whenever he wanted....In ten years hasnt happened once.
We never actually divorced so no custody arrangements as such
I didnt say you were alone in this, it just appears to me that there is some childish schoolground tit for tat going on...I am all for people speaking up for what they believe.
off course we all have our opinions but be honest to yourself you have gone out of you way to express yours,,and yes i know you are not alone in this,, but as an outsider it appears that you are deliberatly being arguementative
