I’ve seen similar not with Scientology but with another cult like group. Very hard to watch people you care about being sucked in.

No Pedro I don’t believe they can


I’ve spoken to people who genuinely believed a spell had been placed on them,all that happened was they gave someone else the power over how they thought.

We all have free will and get to make our own decisions.

Unfortunately groups like these tend to recruit people that are vulnerable and yes naive and they get so caught up in it they can’t see it for what it is.

First time I heard of it was Tom Cruise speaking about it . There is centre not far from where I live no expense spared building it .they encourage people to use it like a community centre for different events and groups and have regular open days.

Only other time I seen anything about it was when on holiday in New York and they had a centre beside our hotel lady standing outside all day inviting people in.

I always had this thing where I won’t leave anything unsaid to people I care about or leave anyone with bad feelings. If I was to die today I’ve left nobody with bad words or not knowing how much they mean to me.

I maybe a bit naive around this but I never realised so many men had such a low opinion of woman. The negative remarks and comments shock me at times. I’m female so I’ve heard the men hating remarks from my friends and don’t like hearing them either.

Every time I read one of these comments all I can think is poor man who hurt you that much.

These are the people that need love the most.

Unfortunately one of the downside to social media and sites like this is people can choose to be whatever or whoever they want and some people choose to be nasty.

I do that too, off the cigarettes few years but smoke when I’m drinking I just make sure I don’t bring any home with me so I’m not tempted the next morning and it works . I don’t drink that often maybe few times a year so that might be why I can do it.
