They are questioning her ability to lead the house in that she is in a running dispute with the CIA. They will qurom and request a new vote on the speaker.....that is my quess. Many possible outcomes on this.

Seems to me that while President Obama can release the CIA IETs.....why not go ahead and release the intell gained from them? What is the harm?
CIA Director Penatta? is a Obama appointment. He is a long time DEM. He made the statement that the CIA did not deceive Polosi in the 2002 EIT briefing. That the notes from the briefing clearly showed that water boarding of al-Zepedda? had been done.

Book is: Rules for Radicals Author: Saul Alinsky Published: 1972
Alinsky was a Chicago liberal radical. Yes, the same Chicago of Presdient Obama and most of his campaign team hail from.
His main theory was that you could attack the establishment (yes that is what it was called then) by ridicule. That the establishement could not respond to the ridicule without appearing oppressive and mean spirited.
Alinsky had 5 main rules for political ridiculing in the public forum. But it really came back to this concept that if you ridiculed a public official, they angered, then you got another chance to ridicule them again.
Basically, it was to keep a mean spirited and negative advertisement campaign going against political opposition that were in power.
Obviously it was not done directly by the running canididate, but by his supporters. In the media, in word, in press,
Lastly......one of the main reasons that Rome fell from the inside.....they had become so mean spirited and so nasty with each other....that they could not longer work together. They could accept such things like the coloseum games, and not be totally revolted by them.
I am not saying the US is Rome. But many have made such comparisons.

Well there is that town in Montana that has a closed Federal Prison, wants to open it and place the GITMO detainees in it. Anyone know how cold it gets in Montana? These middle east boys are in for a sever climate change.
The REP canidate against DEM Murtha is a former active Military officer and Iraq war vet. Military officers cannot campaign. It is illegal for them to do.
During the fall election, the REP canidate claims that Murtha's campaign manager threaten to have him reactivated and send to Iraq. For most Senate districts that would not be a major threat. But Murtha is on the Senate's Armed Forces Committee. So if someone can pull the strings to have it done...........

That old trickle down from the Stimulus packages did get to main street Orlando fast enough. We just had the local Crystler/Jeep dealer close. And small business is beginning to shut down in pretty good number here.

President Obama has decided not to release the GITMO prisoner interrogation photos. Saying that they would cause anger in the Islamic world and if a US soldier is taken ....will cuase him possible harm.
The US far left and DEMs want the photos made public. To show the grievous acts of the GWB administration and CIA to the GITMO detainees.

Why be ashamed for presenting a zealous defense for a American citizen? How do you know what would happen in the future, to her had the 8 year sentence been approved by the appellant court.
Certainly the appellant court found a lot of error to first court decision and process for such a complete reversal....
I still have my fingers crossed that President Obama has inspired those college students to take low paying jobs and build windmill. It mean his stimulus package money will go to the older folks pockets where it will get spent responsibly. But just have a feeling, that this is not the case to be.

Honest story about one that got caught up in the White Water Land Scandle with the Clintons. He bought a section of the White Water land that the Clintons were acting atroneys on. Was paying his month mortage on it....had like 12-13 straight months of payments.
Then he falls ill and goes into the Hospital. Misses a single payment. Comes out of the Hospital. Send his monthly mortage check to them. They send it back. Saying the land section has been resold. Contract has a default clause of equity if a mortage payment is missed.

GWB encouraged private investment and private enterprise in our infrastructure. Allowing more to own a part of the American dream.
I talked recently with a small business conselor here. She said the private investment known as 'angel funding' is near dried up since Obama took office and the stimulus packages. Why?
Pretty simple. For the private investor....he cannot compete with the Gov't when it comes to investments. The gov't has all the cards......insider info, regulation, regulators...so they are leaving the investment markets. Angel investors were doing a growing number of investment here in Florida.
The Obama health care plan.....$1.2 trillion per year. So how does the well established medical insurance industry compete with that? They cannot. So unemployment and insurance firm closing. What do you expect?
