I havn't managed any yogic flying if thats what you mean Al. I just use it to attain restful alertness and to free my mind from unwanted, unneeded thoughts, something that sleep alone maybe cannot achieve.
"When we raise ourselves through meditation to what unites us with the spirit, we quicken something within us that is eternal and unlimited by birth and death. Once we have experienced this eternal part in us, we can no longer doubt its existence. Meditation is thus the way to knowing and beholding the eternal, indestructible, essential center of our being." - Rudolf Steiner
Hey fred, get yerself down to Adam & Eve's sauna in Eccles, just down the road from you. Your sure to get fixed up there, but be careful, some of those 'women ' aren't what they appear to be. But on the plus side, they probably wont mind if you talk a load of crap.
No, its the fact that I may be driving past her house in the near future and after talking to this person for nearly a year now, by mail and on the forums, I am just curious to meet her. I must say I have made it clear this is just on a friendship basis as I dont do dates. In fact there are many on here I would like to meet, male and female.
After many messages over a long period of time I have asked three women on here for their phone numbers. Two of them have given me their numbers no problem, one of them seemed very reluctant so I didn't ask again. Strangely enough, its the one who's number I didn't get that I am planning to maybe visit.
I very rarely use an alarm clock unless I have to get up exceptionally early. Even then I always wake up before the alarm goes off. My 'inbuilt' alarm seems to work perfectly well for me.
RE: Meditation- Do You? ... And?
Red, this sounds very similar to TM. How long would younormally spend meditating.
With TM, 20mins twice a day is sufficient.
