I know some beautiful people from all over the world Markiza, from many religions, from no religions - none but the very few strange people of this world want to kill any body - our government instill these things in peoples minds - people just want to be let alone without the argunig.

In Iran, the government readily lock up anybody who disagrees with what they say - people are disappeared often with the result of most of the people being against the said dictatorship - maybe the Iranian government did this to win freinds and influence people - it sure worked on this guy

haha, I cant remember the name of it but I saw a film last week where a woman was wearing a nightie with mirror writing on - she then stood in front of the mirror brushing her teeth and it was loads of positive affirmations - I want one of those

You are so right about having people who understand too - I am so thankful for my friends, especially the ones who I know I can phone when I have something to work through they are my priceless treasures

This is what I was trying to get at - those early morning positivities are so important and then its also important to recognise throughout the day, the difference between things 'actually' going wrong or just having a downer on ourselves - and then, taking affirmative action where needed

Im the same really, theres nothing so fulfilling as a good wallow in negativity and sometimes we just have to go there - not a laughing matter but heres a chuckle anyway

Im just wondering what people do to get their heads back into a positive frame when they have had enough of the negativity - the affirmations thingy is just something that came into my inbox this morning really and reminded me of when I was using them - almost went to the lengths of sticking them up all over the house
