Fortunately for some politicians, they put "plants" in the crowd just to make sure the questions are asked the right way. A "politician" wouldn't want to have to answer a question that wasn't scripted. It might be too difficult to answer. Then there are politicians that think they are victims if a real question is asked of them.
I post a lot of goofy stuff on here, so I've got to watch my step, but some of the post where people appear to fall instantly in love (or heat) seems a bit far fetched. There's some "love-stories" that read like something in a Playboy Forum column.
Three days later they're in love with someone else. If nothing else, it sure helps one to "strike" people from any potential list of possibilities.
After saying that, my primary reason for being on here is to enjoy some of the forums...not to track down the love of my life as I doubt I'll be moving to a foreign country...there's not anyone close of interest.
There again......I agree w/ya. I do have a lot of respect for the Amish, btw. The walk their walk....even if it seems "screwballish" to the rest of us.... Okay, there's my 4 cents now.
Gee......this is where I'm liberal I guess. I don't mind what people believe, it's their life to live. I actually respect some religeons where it appears they practice what they preach. Even then...people aren't perfect whether they're religeous or not. Got a feeling God doesn't expect that...
I do notice a negative bias toward religeon on CS. Not sure what that's about...probably more of a "global" view. If that same bias was directed at a secular group of people...it would be called "hate speech". Not sure how people square that stuff up? again Effective re-framing I guess?
Like I've repeatedly posted, "those who think they're not prejudice have effectively re-arranged them" Certainly seems to be true.
RE: Body Piercings.
For anyone wanting extra holes in their body, I have drill bits that range from 5/32 to 1-1/4 inch. Also have some butterfly bits.I'll drill a hole in anyone's head for $25.00. No questions asked.
Sometimes societies can become too fluent, I do think?
