Unfortunately, in 2007 discrimination still exists. A story from Georgia (USA) talks about the the pain and suffering this poor lady goes thru daily because she is modified. Hopfully this problem doesn't spread across the rest of the world!

The article and picture are too much to post on this thread, but you're welcome to go to:

It's a magnetizing and riveting story crying

What is really sad about this is that some idiot politician will probably get legislation passed to address this "issue".

Didn't we all learn in grade school not to judge a book by its cover?

No we shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but she did it to herself of her own free will knowing full well it would lead to problems.
This is taking it to the extreme. It's not as if she was born like that.

I have two Tatoo's.
Now consider the following Scenario:I happen to fall in love with a women, but she does not want anyone with Tatoo's.
Therefore I go into a Court of Law and sue her for discriminating against me.
Now does anyone in their right mind believe that the Court would have a Right to force that poor woman to take me anyway,in spite of HER Preferences.

'Nuff said.Case closed!

Hello Ambrose!

It's my position that what is written on the pages of the book that matters.

In theory, we should all be mature to look past the exterior and search for what is of value on the inside.

Look past the stuff and get to the heart....

There are plenty of pretty people out there whose stories could have been written by Stephen King.

No, Indy. I don't expect you to read a Stephen King novel. It might be too scary for you! rolling on the floor laughing
