Open, I'm not calling you blonde This is a somewhat jokey thread about blondes - but in the mix we have a joke about airplane 'black boxes' that are normally orange..
I'm blonde, I can take a joke. On my last car, I had the sticker - 'Caution - blonde thinking' Forgot to look for another one when I was in Brighton the other week - I think Spanish men would like it.
Actually I have got a couple of gripes. Why is it, whenever I have put my computer to sleep, having spent far too long on CS, that then and only then, I remember what is what that I actually signed on to do......and why do I spend so much time going up and down the stairs (three floors) trying to remember why I am travelling between floors
And now my brain has remembered, I remember a coach trip back in 1988 (you do the math - I was the youngest person on it) in Oz, where this was obviously a problem, so they had 'seat rotation'
This was the first time I have been with just another female mate, and could browse the shops - or more accurately, the Chinese shops. I was surprised however, to find the shoe shops catering for the bikers, line dancers and goths/heavy metal fans.
I've done it and thoroughly enjoyed it. Three minutes was long enough for me to know if I felt any chemistry, whether they smoked, were working, and whether they seemed to have a happy dispostion or were a bit dull.
I didn't find anyone through it, but I did make friends with one of the men because he made me laugh so much and it turned out we lived quite close to each other.
The problem the organisers had where I went was that men frequently bottle out of going, so they have a list of 'regulars' that they call on. When I went the second time, I had already met 4 of the men before.
I preferred it to 'lock and key' parties, because at speed dating you have to talk to everyone. At lock and key, I found that the men only approached the women they fancied.

RE: Blonde island
Sounds fishy to me.
