RE: LUCK! do you believe in it?

I personally do not believe in luck. I believe if one makes good choices luck has nothing to do with the outcome of those choices. I do however, believe in Divine Provedence.

One of my favorite sayings:
We have the power of free choice, what we do not have is the power of the consequences of our chioces.

What do you hate??

You are very welcome. I wish the mods would let us put our birthdates in with the profiles so we could send the cards ON the persons b'day.

I try to go thru the b'day list every 2-3 days, but it is so time consuming. It would be so much easier if we had the date in the profile.

What do you hate??

I hate the fact that there are people who earn money by being dishonest or by manufacturing things that can be harmful or deadly to people, animals or the environment.

I hate p*dophile, child abusers and rapists

I hate war and fights, grudges, pettiness, nastiness and arguments.

I hate wondering if politicians are being honest or if they are just trying to sell something.

I hate people who lack empathy and who don't really listen to other people.

I hate people who judge other people for who they love.

I hate posers. (People who pretend to be someone else to fit in or get laid.)

I hate it when people don't have common courtesy, like saying please & thank you.

I hate it when people who say they love you don't behave like they love you.

I hate people who believe that their ideas, religion or lifestyle are the only correct way of thinking.

I hate when people won't make friends with people who are different from themselves

I hate it when people condemn another culture that they don't really understand or because it is different.

I hate it when people won't show real emotions or dance around issues instead of saying what they mean.

I hate when people hate each other.

I hate when people can't laugh at themselves.

Ya think???

no, i don't think that would be prudent to have a catergory for EVERY type of thread. maybe we just need to have a little self control and let one thread die before starting another of the same or maybe put a limit as to the number of responses. i dunno, it's really all a matter of one's likes & dislikes.

purple heart

Ya think???

I have the same problem with the "would you _________
with one above you" threads. so i just stay out of them.

Ya think???

we currently have 8 that's right 8 word association games going. is that enough or should we add a few more??
