Suicide or attempted suicide became no longer illegal in the uk in 1962. Not sure about the States, but either way it obvious you can't appear in court if you're dead.
That's not entirely true. I've met people on here who have met and can vouch for others. There is in fact a bunch of people on here who have no doubts about certain members even though they have never actually met them in person. I could name quite a few who I know for a fact to be real, but there are many more I have my doubts about.

Well part of the route is called Sinister Gully and it's right next to Castle of the Winds.
I kid you not...I remember years ago describing the route to a friend, he said, "Bristly Ridge, Sinister Gully, Castle of the Winds??? Sounds like my misses!!"
