"In the closing credits to Rambo III the film is dedicated to "the brave Mujahideen fighters of Afghanistan." After the attacks of 9/11 this was changed to "the gallant people of Afghanistan."
I'm sure all credits were eventually removed...just to be on the safe side...
I guess when the persuasion is entirely for the benefit of the persuader, that then becomes manipulative and to manipulate someone is surely to have some form of control over them.
Why would anyone accuse a forum poster new member or not of being a scammer? From my experience on here the scammers steer well clear of the forums. Perhaps you mean trolls...
I had just spent four months working at a summer camp in Connecticut. Most of the kids and staff there were from New York City, many of them from Manhatten, a very sad time for sure.
Also it was particularly shocking for myself compared to those around me as I had just returned from New York. In fact just a few days earlier I was on the Staten Island ferry taking pics of the twin towers.
