Yeppers, we're all one big dysfunctional family but it's much easier to remove ourselves from the forums than it is with our own families so that's a bonus.
Thank you for that Life....it's mind boggling to think about just how many hidden treasures there are that are still buried on land and in the oceans yet to be found. A happy skeleton....go figure.
I'm glad he got the medical attention he needed and because of it, he's gonna be around for a very long time for his kids. Thank goodness for great medical services.
Treat your work mate the same as you would if he didn't have cancer....simply be there for him as he has for others over the years...he's going to need your support more now than ever.
That's pretty nice of you and your children stepping in to help him recover like that. The pain of appendicitis is pretty severe and I had mine out when I was about 8 years old...the thing burst the moment the surgeons got it out so I'm lucky. To be honest with you, I'd rather go through childbirth again than to go through the pain of appendicitis. It's true though that men are sucks when it comes to ailments and that's why they need us.
