ah just be yourself, we are all shy at the start but then when we become fimilar with it, the shyness fades away, i believe all opinons are welcome and this site is a great way to voice opinons, the international forums are brill too, it connects people from all over the world, ive learnt so much from them.

the winter is setting in, so i may use the gym now, been training 11weeks now and lost 2 stone so far with excerise and change of diet. gotta keep going
thats very true, it was my first time in a long time not sleeping well, but now i know if it happens again i just up the mg/dosage of the strenght of the tablet so i will be one step a head of the insomnia next time
ive just woke and feel refreshed, the 15mg tablet knocked me out, sleep is very important. i think tablet is best for me, thanks again for the helpful info

they cut it down to 5mg, this was the first night in months i could not sleep,, so ive taking 15mg a minute ago, that would knock a bull out, so now in a hour i should be dreaming in noddy land :)
