I thought the idea of being a practising Christian was to meet and form a relationship with God BEFORE you die. I thought 'HE' had conqeored death. Really Pedro, we Pagans have enough to do without teaching you guys Christianity.

Maybe a better question would be "Are you prepared to meet God now while you are living?"
God is right here to be met. I meet him/her everyday! Just look at the person next to you and you will see the image of God.
Don't look for the invisible God, look for the visible God. You will meet this God everyday if you want.
Don't confuse this real God with the God of religion. They are two different beings and the real God is nothing like religion.

I'm agnostic, so I'm hoping god will speak to me while I'm alive.
Barring that, I'm ready to speak to it after I die. Of course if it's not true(& yes, I know all you religion people can assure me that it is, & is the way your view goes!) I won't know anyway!
For that matter, if there isn't a god, fairly soon we could all be mulch anyway! I'm just saying!
