RE: Who is the Head of State in the UK

doesn't matter who's actually in charge in england as long as you have a useless royalty supposedly over church and state there..... someone should bring that little island into the current century, and soon! uh oh

RE: Should all nuclear weapons be abolished?

Just think idea frog Pres. Truman probably never would have had reason to fire General McArthur if we didn't have nuclear arms back then.

Few people realize that nukes saved the world from McArthur. yay

RE: Countries Helping U.S.

sometimes you sound as if you sleep under a downed B 52 memorial. uh oh

RE: Guantanamo Bay Prison

I was hoping to see a response to your post requesting proof. beer

RE: Should all nuclear weapons be abolished?

Our nukes have been a good deterrent for major wars for over 60 years now, so I voted no.

RE: Countries Helping U.S.

Sure, that would give them the perfect opportunity to transport a few disguised nukes to our east coast. Brilliant idea, Leo.... Brilliant!

RE: Countries Helping U.S.

Yeah, Pakistan is so busy that they can't even take the time to send me 500 pounds of Iranian pistos! crying

Peace Ali.. peace

RE: Countries Helping U.S.

Hi, kid.... How are you? Maybe next time, before you go off all half-cocked and anxious to criticism someone else's thread in CS forums, maybe, I'm saying, maybe you may want to read what the OP of he next thread actually says.

Here is the very first statement in this thread, "I got this email from a friend. Could it be true? If so, why?"

I believe her second statement as a question? I can't speak for Freesparrow, but I really dislike doing the google-cut n paste thing - lot, in these forums. A good many others enjoy doing the google-cut n past thing every post too. Sometime I can't help but believe they think they are super impressing others in the forums by being masters of the google-cut n paste thing. To each his own I guess.

RE: Should child curfews be introduced?

Laurel and Hardy turned out ok too. And they had to deal with everything in black and white. roll eyes

RE: Should child curfews be introduced?

I wasn't required to have papers in the early sixties in Ohio.

RE: Should child curfews be introduced?

Admirable! cheering I chose to be unemployed only a few times since high school in order to complete a few quarters of study in colleges I attended. Some would say I was fortunate to do that. I say that is probably a fifth of it.
yay

RE: Why is the world starving

As baby said all that wine

RE: Should child curfews be introduced?

Put all the kids to work. I had my first jobs at the age of eight-years picking weeds and delivering firewood for a garden store. Teach them early to be responsible and understand the value of their money and you won't need to worry about curfews... IMO
innocent

RE: What do women look for in us men?

I has me sum reel good manners, especially at dinner. At dinner, I only scratch my crotch, chew with my mouth open, spit, belch and flatulate when I really need too. yay

RE: What do women look for in us men?

guess so

RE: What do women look for in us men?

I tried to be romantic when I proposed to my last wife. She broke out laughing and told me I looked real dorky but she said yes. Hahaha Anyways, I learned long ago that passion is more fun than romance. laugh

RE: What do women look for in us men?

Darn, never was a romantic type, whatever that is.rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Why is the world starving

As one heifer said to the other heifer, where's the beef (cistern) for when it rains here in Southern California or South Africa ?

RE: Why is the world starving

Well, as john wayne would say (r.i.p. sad flower ), Try talking to a cow, if you want the truth....uh oh

RE: Why is the world starving

Many disagree with me, but I believe WW3 will be started over clean available drinking water.

RE: Term Limits

King FDR served almost twice as many terms as president; nearly four.. He never accomplished more in 8-years than any two-term president, except maybe jimmy carter. And things he got passed through congress are debatable as to what value they held then and now... Especially that ponzu scheme called social security. I
won't see a penny from and I'm glad not to.

Of the programs you mention, two are good but weak. I don't see FDIC preventing everyone from losing any savings in an insured account. Do the math. TVA was a good idea but one long extension cord could probably done the Job then, given the demand existing there the.

Btw: I believe Churchill tipped FDR off on Japan's intent in time to avoid the thousands of casualties at Pearl Harbor.

RE: Strangest or most disturbing film you have seen

'2016: Obama's America' ....... And scariest movie too... wow

RE: New here and saying hi!
