If you had to view the legalities of it,here that is,she isn't paying any rent,that in itself is enough to take it to the tribunal,where there they would give her 10 days to get out if she couldn't come up with the money .........Burt may have a heart,and yes it may be a sin that she has kids and its Christmas,but there are many who are far worse off then her and her's,and the kids do have a father,Burt shouldn't be expected to carry this woman"s weight,we can't carry the weight of the world,doesn't mean we don't care.

Is it not important that Burt protect,statte of mind and his pocket book?

Burt your kindness is being taken for a weakness......yes you have heart and there are kids involved,but as long as she knows she has it made,her patterns and behaviour is going to continue.....Yeah Christmas is coming and kids are involved,but you've done y our part,she has to go,may the door not hit her on the way out.......give her a date,and stand true to your word,you have to protect your dignity and pride......Its seeya later baby....just too bad you couldn't say thanks for the treat....LOL

Who cares really Nene what its called...more times then not many follow,what to me is like a rule book,and as far as I am concerend rules where meant to be broken...we all work and function diffrent,whats good for one may not be for another,but a deepth look and knowledge allows you to make the choice that is right for YOU..........

I think as I grew and began to see who I really was,and deal I threw,what I had thought were curses(was not the curse,but the being at the time),I put them on a shelf in the actic with the rest of the things that are nor warrented to the being I am today,so a curse,nah,I don't have any......PHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!
