Walking might be the way to go. I sleep like a log if I have a half hour brisk walk in the evening. Don't overdo it because if you get the adreneline pumping then it's even harder to get to sleep after, just a mild sweat and a steady pace. Give it a try, even if you feel too tired in the evening.
The people who know most about what happened are the survivors and soldiers who liberated the camps, they were there. Unfortunately some people will just dismiss that as part of some great 'conspiracy'.
