I'd love to work in the education dept of a university, going around to schools everyday to see how the H-dip students are getting on. All you have to do is observe how they are and then offer some advice at the end.

It's the lack of objective laws and beliefs that lead to these marginalised groups in the first place, or at least the lack of enforcement of the laws.

Not oppressing people. Universal laws guarentee freedom and safety. You want oppression then all you have to do is let people make up the rules as they go along/do what they want, then you'll see oppression.
