Well!!! Hun!! Iam 56,and iam bigining to have my doubts in here.I wonder if we can start an older persons thread and maybe we can have som luck in there.

Iam very much the Blacksheep in the family,and it is very dificult to talk to them.I do have a sister,and we talk sometimes, but she has her problems.I have children,but i hate to complain to them, cause i feel like iam making myself look weak in their eyes.
Thats why, alot of times i come in here,cause i don't get shaffted or put down.I love my mother,but she is very vain and self centered.So i keep to myself. alot. Iam less fortunate,than the rest of my family,cause iam not rich and don't have a big house,or any of those material things.I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression of me in here,but sometimes i think that the folks in here are my only friends,and understand.

Marie!! i know we have never met,but you can't giveup,and let Evil overcome you,or drive you away.The love you have with all the friends you have made,will overc ome those who are not worth your time or good energy.Ignore them,and keep with your friends.You are better than those who cause you problems,they are not worth it.Hold your headup and be proud.

Honestly!!! Iam not selfish,but i do wish someone would come along and make me smile,just like those who do have someone.I would never wish ill thoughts on anyone,if Love came their way,and they were waiting along time for somedody to make their life complete.I guess i just have to put it in Gods Hands,and hope i will find that special someone.Everybody needs love!!!

I love what you wrote for your opening thread.It is so true.Iam also a very serious woman.I believe that in order to get the realness of someone,you got to be real yourself.There is no 2 ways around it.The real world is where you will find the real and honest people The acting is left on stage.

I have found that in some cases,a man will call you on the phone,after meeting you online,and he tends to get cold feet,or just never call again.Thats happened to me before. It is like Russian Roulette,where ever the ball lands.

Communication is important

I have been told, that iam too Blunt and to verbal.I can't help that, i was taught ata young age,that "Closed Mouths never got fed,speak you peice,if you want to be heard.Other wise Shut your PieHole!!!(MOUTH) ,thats what Daddy told us.

Communication is important

Communication is a must for anyone,who is seeking peace in this darn world.If there is no communication,there will be no peace.Keeping your feelings inside,brings confusion and alot of misunderstandings.I know that it takes an open mind and a clear head,to communicate,these days.How many of you out there have problems like this,and need to get it out in the open?

Iam not going to generalize,but the reasons why some relationships don't last, is because each person has their own idea as to how things should go,and how things should not go.It is all about partnership,and working together,50-50.Sometimes you have to give a little to get alittle.Selfish thoughts bring selfish deeds.I have known some folks who become martyers and endup selling themselves out totally.
