I can see why you wouldn't understand. You say your not looking for anyone so for that reason your not, dare i say it...lonely. Myself it literally affects my quality of life (for reasons i'd rather not explain).

I keep asking myself, do i want to be a part of a world full of guns & people who won't think twice about using them? Right now i feel safe living in Canada, but i'm not blind to the fact that the worst invention mankind ever created, is here in my country, Canada. I'm so great-full we have the laws in place that have essentially prevented our country from a nation of fear. On our west coast the threat has reached our shores, so it's only a matter of time. I hope i'm wrong & that Canada will remain a nation of peacekeepers.

Well i was questioning stepiladi about whether the women of today need a man to take charge in their relationships nowadays. It's not something that's discussed in depth.

I remember Chris Rock did a bit about how women are upset with their men because "you never talk, we need to talk, why don't we talk" he went on to say "the fact is, women don't want
men to talk...they want them to... LISTEN" when I heard this it cracked me up because in our home that's exactly what happened. He goes on to say "can ya give a guy a minute! let me get my other foot in the door, take my coat off, have a piece of chicken, just give me 5 minutes of quiet! I'm sure other guys can relate to this.

Really that's good to know! I would be more interested in finding a partner from some other part of the world. I'm sure they would be more happy to have a man who shows them the respect & equality they deserve. More so than many other women do, in my corner of the world. It's become more than obvious I don't have enough to offer the women in my area.
