i never said it was amazing. just that it's not as poor as some people think. i watched the match and they were by no means a bad team, we won 3-0 but played very well to get that result

That's 8 players we have battling it out for 3 positions (including the attacking mid role), 9 if we sign Dempsey. I'm all for competition, but that's utterly ridiculous, too many players in one position and it's just bad for squad morale
The 3-0 victory against Gomel. We were superb. Stevie G was back in his regular central midfield role. And while people may laugh at the opposition, Gomel are a team that concede very few goals. This Allen transfer has me really pissed off. Some people say yeah he's a quality player, but we don't need him, it's other positions we need to strengthen
it's my prediction. it's way to early to say whether it's right or wrong. just post your own instead of disagreeing with mine. it saves alot of time. after chelsea, and the two manc clubs, 4th is anyone's. we had a poor league campaign last season but we still have a good squad. a couple of more decent signings and i reckon 4th isn't beyond us
