Using Rump's logic we should let everyone carry and not need to pay for armed security. I can imagine the White House, Congress, courts and other government installations expected to cover their own security with conceal and carry, not to mention going to sporting events or Trump rallies where you don't know who has a gun. Similarly expect teachers to do their own security against past and present students with disciplinary problems and a grudge is beyond stupid..
